This tea is blended with lactation in mind! There are many wonderful lactation support teas out there, but we think ours is superior, as it is tasty, we use only organic and home grown herbs and we blend and package it by hand!  It is good hot or cold, and we recommend a little sweetener of choice. Steep no more than 5 minutes or it may taste bitter.  Drink no more than 4 cups a day to avoid stomach upset.
